bookings and subscriptions

all bookings must be paid for in advance or via subscription with a valid payment method through the appropriate channel for the service. if you have any queries about how to purchase your service, please contact me.

any payment plans or subscriptions will automatically renew for the period of the plan/subscription with your payment method charged at the beginning of each renewal period.

note that all purchases are final and non-refundable with the exception that if any work is unavoidably cancelled or changed by me after the point of booking, you will be entitled to a credit/refund/extension as is deemed appropriate.

prices and other terms of purchase are subject to change.

retreats

retreats are booked directly and paid for in advance. your initial retreat deposit is ALWAYS non-refundable. further payments towards your retreat are non-refundable unless it is possible to fill your space (in which case your account will be credited on receipt of the new payment).

i cannot be held liable if for any reason it’s impossible to go ahead with a retreat i.e. extreme weather or pandemics and, in this unlikely situation, reserve the right to retain monies paid. it is strongly recommended that you take out travel insurance for your retreat, which would cover you for cancellations made by either yourself or myself – just as when going on a holiday.

timekeeping/attendance

please, for every session, arrive in good time, before it is scheduled to start. if you arrive after this time, access is not guaranteed and if a session is missed due to late arrival, no credit or refund will be given.

copyright

images, text, documentation, electronic text and image files, audio and video files, and all other materials on this website are protected by copyright laws and may be covered by other restrictions as well. i retain all rights, including copyright, in data, image, text, and any other information contained in these files. i expressly prohibit the copying of any protected materials on this website, except for the purposes of fair use as defined in copyright laws and as defined below.
